Responsibilities include updating status reports, handling IBAR tap off orders, and preparing export docs for UK-bound projects. Strong Excel and MS Office skills along with 2+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Typically requires 2 years of related experience.
• Competency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Generate and update project documentation for reporting.
• Manage project documents using client protocols and systems.
• Regularly update all involved parties on project status.
• Project manage IBAR tap off orders.
• Maintain client contact to ensure good relationships.
• Create export documentation for projects leaving the UK.
