Flex is seeking a Project Coordinator - IBAR based in Kendal, Cumbria, to support the IBAR projects led by the Senior IBAR Project Manager. The role focuses on coordinating activities across multiple IBAR projects, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timely client communications.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of related experience, strong IT and MS Office skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate and update project documentation and collate information for reporting purposes.
• Manage project documentation for major projects using client protocols and systems.
• Ensure all project work requests are properly managed and regularly update all involved parties on the project status.
• Project managing IBAR tap off orders.
• Keeping in contact with clients & updating them regularly to ensure a good client relationship.
• Creating export documentation for projects leaving the UK.

Job Summary

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end‑to‑end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission‑critical applications.

The Project Coordinator - IBAR will be based in K1, Kendal, Cumbria, reporting to Senior IBAR Project Manager.

The role will be in charge of coordinating different activities across various IBAR projects to support the Project Managers.

What a typical day looks like :

• Generate and update project documentation and collate information for reporting purposes;
• Manage project documentation for major projects using client protocols and systems;
• Ensure all project work requests are properly managed and regularly update all involved parties on the project status;
• Project managing IBAR tap off orders;
• Keeping in contact with clients & updating them regularly to ensure a good client relationship;
• Creating export documentation for projects leaving the UK.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Typically requires 2 years of related experience, competency with I.T. Software and MS Office, as well as strong numerical and analytical skills;
• High level of speed, organization and accuracy with excellent attention to detail and efficient at maintaining electronic documentation & thorough methods of working;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill, ability to act both as a Team player and independently across multiple activities
