Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IA projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility
• Agile & Scrum Leadership: Act as a Scrum Master, driving Agile best practices, facilitating ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), and removing impediments
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders, Transformation Leads, and technical teams to deliver automation solutions
• Multinational Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate distributed teams across multiple time zones, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
• Technology Enablement: Guide the adoption of OutSystems for low-code development, RPA for process automation, and Machine Learning/GenAI for intelligent decision-making
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure projects adhere to company standards, data security policies, and regulatory requirements
• Continuous Improvement: Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for efficiency, process optimization, and automation scalability
• Risk & Issue Management: Manage risks, ensuring timely mitigation strategies and smooth project execution

Who we are looking for

• A good level of experience in managing development projects leveraging following technologies; LowCode (OutSystems), RPA (UI Path), GenAI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Document Processing
• Agile & Scrum Methodologies - Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• Cross-Cultural Team Leadership - Experience working in a multinational environment with diverse teams
