Job summary

The AA is seeking aRecruitment Lead to take ownership of high-volume hiring for the Road team. This role is permanently based in Oldbury with hybrid working (3 days in the office per week).

You will manage campaigns from brief through offer and onboarding, partnering with operational leaders to deliver critical hires while using data to improve outcomes and candidate experience. You will use an ATS to maintain records, build pipelines, and ensure smooth recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally in an in-house Talent Acquisition environment.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and campaigns with pace.
• Strong stakeholder management; provide practical recruitment advice and challenge when needed.
• Experience building candidate pipelines and using innovative attraction and sourcing channels.
• Comfort using recruitment data to understand performance and identify actions.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and maintaining recruitment records.
• Strong organisation and communication with a focus on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns for The AA’s Road team from briefing to offer and onboarding.
• Partner with operational leaders to meet critical hiring requirements.
• Use attraction and pipeline data to improve recruitment outcomes.
• Provide practical recruitment advice and challenge where needed.
