Adecco (Portugal) is helping a Chelmsford-based client recruit a Service Coordinator. The role focuses on coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

The position offers hybrid working options with a salary of £15.00 per hour, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, including a paid lunch break. Experience in utilities or service coordination is preferred.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within utilities or service sector.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to think on your feet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with scheduling software.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating service requests and scheduling appointments to meet customer needs.
• Liaising with engineers, contractors, and customers to facilitate smooth operations.
• Maintaining accurate records of service requests and customer interactions.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks to enhance workflow.
• Providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Monitoring service delivery performance and identifying areas for improvement.
