Job summary

Adecco are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our client's team based in Northwich. This role is fully office based, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm, at £13.50 per hour, and offered as a temporary to permanent opportunity.

You will coordinate engineers, schedule visits, manage service documentation, and ensure repairs and maintenance activities are completed efficiently, acting as the main point of contact for customers from booking through to completion.

Qualifications

• Fully capable using Microsoft Office, ideally knowledge of Job Logic or a similar CRM but not critical
• Experience with planning and forecasting jobs and site liaison
• Excellent customer service
• At least a basic sales background with commercial awareness
• Confident working individually and also part of a close office team

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule service and maintenance visits for customers
• Act as the main point of contact for customers regarding visit dates, progress, and updates
• Process and manage engineer documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Provide quotations and service reports where required
• Coordinate repairs, parts, and follow-up work efficiently
• Maintain accurate records within internal systems and CRM
• Work closely with engineering and service teams to ensure smooth operations
