Job summary

Juice Recruitment are supporting a Gloucester-based client in their search for a Service Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis. The role suits someone with 6-12 months of office experience and offers hybrid working after 3 months. The team emphasises customer service excellence and efficient coordination of visits.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with immediate start dates. Salary £26,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and independently at times.

Responsibilities

• Handle client communications and ensure high standard of service.
• Log client interactions and service requests in in-house systems.
• Coordinate and plan service visits while meeting SLAs.
• Facilitate communication between clients, technicians and managers.
• Contribute to team KPIs through consistent work.
• Handle additional customer service and administrative duties as needed.
