Job summary

Axon Moore is seeking a Service Coordinator in Middleton (M24). The role is hybrid, offering a salary of £30,000–£32,000 and two opening types: permanent and a 6‑month fixed-term contract.

You will coordinate service engineers, manage customer enquiries and keep jobs organised, ensuring quotations, orders, contracts and invoices are produced efficiently. Ideal candidates are organised, proactive, enjoy working with people and can manage a busy workload.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, scheduling, or administration.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proactive and able to handle a busy workload.
• Experience in engineering or technical environments is useful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service engineers.
• Handle customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Raise quotations, sales orders, service contracts and invoices.
• Coordinate equipment, parts and deliveries for engineers.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and update the service management system.
• Support the wider team with day-to-day administration and workload management.
