Qualifications

• Able to manage own workload and contribute to a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the contract diary for service activities.
• Be a primary contact for customer enquiries and escalate complex issues.
• Assist engineers with job scheduling, information, parts and materials.
• Maintain service records, engineer paperwork, assets and KPI data.
• Support parts orders and general administration for the service team.
