The ideal candidate will be MRICS qualified with a BSc in Building Surveying and have experience with projects valued between £20k and £3 million. This hybrid role requires managing project administration and conducting professional surveys, offering flexibility with 1 day in the office per week.

• Strong understanding of building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Northwest residential leasehold portfolio.
• Manage project administration for refurbishment projects.
• Complete pre-acquisition surveys and reinstatement cost assessments.
