Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, and Meta.
  • Deep understanding of digital media metrics and attribution.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimising for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Ability to present compelling business cases to senior stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Search and Display.
  • Build business cases for increased investment in paid media with ROI modelling.
  • Lead development of creative assets, managing both in-house and external resources.
  • Identify new channels and formats to improve campaign performance.
  • Work with analytics and product teams to align messaging and experience.
  • Deliver performance reports and insights highlighting opportunities for growth.
