Penguin Random House UK is hiring a Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working from Embassy Gardens, London (approx. 2 days per week).

You will lead a company-wide File Management project migrating from Nasuni/R Drive and OurFiles to Microsoft 365 and Box.com, while supporting other strategic initiatives. Qualifikationen

• Strong project management experience from planning and discovery through to implementation.
• Experience delivering file/document management or data migration projects.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies and adoption.

Aufgaben

• Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team with clear milestones.
• Own the full project lifecycle from discovery to migration and embedding new ways of working.
• Develop and manage the project plan coordinating analysis, delivery, training and comms.
• Manage resources, schedules, dependencies and budget to keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate transitions from shared drives to Microsoft 365 and Box.com with tech teams.
• Ensure governance and measure progress against success criteria.
• Report milestones, risks and issues to sponsors and stakeholders.
