Penguin Random House UK is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Transformation team in London on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. You will lead analysis for a File Management project, facilitating discovery, mapping current practices, and shaping future ways of working ahead of a Microsoft 365/Box migration.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Continuous Improvement, Communications and Digital Training colleagues to deliver evidence-based recommendations and a phased rollout

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst or comparable analytical/ change role.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills for large datasets.
• Experience leading business process discovery across teams.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews.

Responsabilités

• Lead business analysis for the File Management project within Transformation.
• Conduct discovery through workshops and interviews to map current file structures.
• Identify opportunities to simplify file management and reduce duplication.
• Define future ways of working and migration plans.
• Translate findings into recommendations for retention, archiving or migration.
• Collaborate with Project Manager, CI, Communications and Digital Training teams.
