Job summary

Penguin Random House UK is seeking a Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead a File Management transformation across the business. Hybrid working from our Embassy Gardens office in London, with approximately two days per week on site, and the chance to shape how colleagues store, find, and share files using Microsoft 365 and Box.com.

You will drive a cross-functional project, coordinating with BI, technology, and digital training teams while ensuring adoption and governance

Qualifications

• Extensive project management experience delivering complex initiatives.
• Experience managing file management or data-migration projects.
• Strong collaboration with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project workstreams and milestones.
• Plan, discover, and implement migration to new platforms.
• Coordinate with analysts, delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Report progress to sponsors and leadership.
• Ensure governance and change management are embedded.
