Job summary

Penguin Random House UK is seeking a Project Manager to lead a 12-month fixed-term File Management project from our Embassy Gardens office in London with hybrid working (approx. 2 days per week).

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope and risks, and drive adoption of new ways of working as we migrate from Nasuni/R Drive and OurFiles to Microsoft 365 and Box.com. You’ll work closely with the Senior Business Analyst and Transformation colleagues to deliver complex business change.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience from planning to delivery.
• Experience in file/document management or data migration projects.
• Experience delivering large-scale change with people and process impact.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a cross-functional project team with clear milestones.
• Own full project lifecycle from discovery to implementation and embedding new ways of working.
• Develop and manage the overall project plan with analysis, delivery, and training activities.
• Manage resources, schedules, and budgets to keep delivery on track.
• Coordinate with the Senior Business Analyst to translate insights into migration plans.
• Oversee transition from shared drives to Microsoft 365 and Box.com with technical SMEs.
• Ensure governance and success criteria are met across PRH and DK.
