Responsibilities

• Work with a designated Project Manager to ensure activities are delivered on time.
• Attend and assist in external customer meetings.
• Utilise internal management systems for forecast & planning.
• Support in the preparation of customer service & billing documentation.
• Overview the project team’s time and ensure accuracy.
• Opportunity to support in the implementation of new internal systems.
• Assist in management of post-implementation customer life-cycle.
