National Highways is seeking an Operational Technology Configuration Manager to strengthen our in-house capabilities across Cyber Security, Digital Operational Services, and Digital Corporate and Shared Services. You will manage configuration, change, testing and troubleshooting for safety-critical OT systems on the Strategic Road Network.

• Experience configuring and maintaining complex technical systems in an operational environment.
• Experience with configuration and change management processes.
• Strong analytical and fault investigation skills.
• Experience in incident management or safety-critical settings is desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage configuration information for Critical Operational Technology systems, ensuring accuracy, integrity and lifecycle control.
• Complete configuration requests and RFCs through approved tools and governance processes.
• Support planning, testing, validation and deployment of OT systems.
• Provide specialist incident support and coordinate resolutions with teams and suppliers.
• Maintain asset, geographical and account records in line with cyber security standards.
• Support configuration of advanced traffic management and site data design.
