Job summary

Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our client’s busy customer contact team on a temporary basis. You will support customers across telephone, email, live chat and social media, answering queries about products, orders and installations.

You will take ownership of each enquiry, resolving questions and complaints quickly while delivering a positive customer experience. The role is based in Bath with hybrid working patterns and 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Previous B2C customer service experience in contact centre, retail, or similar environment.
• Experience handling complaints and resolving them.
• Confident and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and questioning abilities.
• Ability to simplify complex information for customers.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate information about products, orders and installations.
• Take ownership of enquiries through to resolution.
• Handle complaints professionally aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Contact customers to arrange installations and explain processes.
