Job summary

Freedom Fibre Limited. in Bath is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join our team, delivering friendly, proactive support across phone, email, live chat and social media.

This is a full-time, temporary role with hybrid working from Bath office and home. As a key contact for customers, you will handle queries, resolve issues at first contact where possible, maintain records, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2C customer service environment such as call centre, retail, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical information in a clear, customer-friendly way

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries across multiple channels in a friendly, timely and professional manner
• Take ownership of customer requests and complaints, aiming to resolve issues at first point of contact
• Support complaint resolution, ensuring customers feel listened to, supported and valued
• Contact customers to arrange installations, explain the process clearly and answer any questions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and systems
• Share knowledge and work collaboratively with colleagues
• Support the wider team with additional tasks to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey
