ArrowXL Limited in Wigan seeks a Service Centre Advisor for a flexible, part-time hybrid role across the week, including weekend options. You will handle multi-channel customer and client inquiries with end-to-end ownership, supported by training on-site during onboarding.

You'll work in a fast-paced team, delivering accurate updates in our CRM, managing cases, and contributing to service excellence through proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams.

Formación

• Experience in a service-focused or contact centre environment.
• Ability to manage multi-channel communications confidently.
• Strong written communication and professional telephone manner.

Responsabilidades

• Log, manage and update cases within CRM system.
• Manage inbound contact via phone, live chat, social channels and email.
• Make outbound contact to resolve enquiries or provide updates.
• Take end-to-end ownership of enquiries through to resolution.
• Deliver clear, consistent communication to clients and customers.
