TrueSpeed Communications Ltd in Bath is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the voice of the company across phone, email, social media and live chat. You will deliver friendly, proactive service, aiming to resolve issues quickly and maintain accurate records.

The role is full-time, permanent, with a hybrid pattern: three days in the Bath office and two days working from home. Salary ranges from £26,500 to £28,000 depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2C customer service environment.
• Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to explain technical or complex information in a simple, customer-friendly way.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries across multiple channels in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Take ownership of customer requests and complaints, aiming to resolve issues on first contact wherever possible.
• Support complaint resolution so customers feel listened to, supported, and valued.
• Contact customers to book installations, clearly explain the process, and answer any questions.
• Keep systems and records up to date while sharing knowledge with colleagues.
• Support the wider team with additional tasks to ensure a smooth and positive customer journey.
