Qualifications

• Experience managing a Merchandise Assistant or allocator.
• Strong numerical, organisational, and Excel skills required.
• Knowledge of purchase order and forecasting systems is a plus.

• Commercial experience, ideally in premium or luxury retail.
• Interest in online retail and innovative ideas appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assortment and category plans.
• Plan sales, stock, and open-to-buy budgets.
• Monitor in-season performance and adjust plans.
• Manage markdowns, promotions, and stock levels.
• Oversee purchase orders and stock management.
• Build relationships with suppliers and logistics.
• Support and develop a Merchandise Assistant.
