Qualifications

• At least 5 years proven experience delivering large scale HVAC projects.
• Experience project managing AHUs, VRV/VRF, ducting, boiler, and chiller replacements.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and MS Projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to handover including surveys and designs.
• Supervise a team of engineers and additional sub-contractors.
• Negotiate and purchase materials.
• Ensure delivery of projects within budget and on time.
