Job summary

PwC UK is seeking a Course Manager in Belfast to oversee end-to-end delivery of learning interventions, from design through implementation and evaluation. You will ensure an excellent learner experience and consistent service delivery while managing stakeholder expectations across the firm.

You will lead planning, budgeting and risk management, coach junior team members, and coordinate with third-party suppliers to maintain high-quality programmes.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management and risk management skills.
• Strong budgeting and organisational abilities.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all stages of the learning design life cycle for individual L&D programmes.
• Accountable for initiation, budgeting, risk management and reporting.
• Work with L&D teams to implement planned activity and ensure delivery.
