Job summary

Talk Staff Group is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead L&D across the organisation, from identifying training needs to designing programmes through to delivery and evaluation. You’ll work with managers and senior stakeholders to develop learning plans supporting employee development, early careers, leadership and broader business objectives.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver engaging learning programmes and workshops.
• Build strong relationships with managers and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Use learning systems and digital tools confidently.
• Analyse data and use feedback to improve learning.
• Communicate confidently with people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering the organisation's L&D strategy and annual learning plans.
• Identifying training needs and recommend effective learning solutions.
• Managing early careers, apprenticeships, induction and progression programmes.
• Designing and delivering workshops covering leadership and workplace skills.
• Coordinating mandatory, compliance and regulatory training.
• Managing the learning calendar, bookings, records, suppliers and budgets.
• Monitoring participation, feedback and outcomes to measure effectiveness.
• Working with managers and senior stakeholders to support employee development.
• Contributing to wider HR projects and initiatives.
