• Experience in Learning & Development / training
• Confident facilitating face-to-face sessions
• Willingness to travel to other UK locations
• Ability to identify development needs and turn them into practical learning
• Strong stakeholder engagement across levels

Responsabilités

• Identify development needs across multiple sites and translate them into practical learning solutions
• Deliver engaging training and facilitate sessions, including leadership development
• Collaborate with managers across locations to drive learning delivery and impact
• Support the ongoing development of the L&D offering and learning materials
• Travel to UK sites as required to deliver training and engage stakeholders
