Job summary

Elevation Recruitment Group is seeking a Learning & Development Business Partner in Doncaster (hybrid, with travel to sites) to shape how the organisation grows its people, owning learning, leadership and talent development. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will design and deliver programmes for all levels, from emerging talent to senior leaders, with real influence to build impactful people strategies.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Learning & Development or Organisational Development.
Track record designing and delivering leadership or line-management programmes.
Proven experience leading talent and succession planning.

Responsibilities

Partner with Head of HR to identify learning needs aligned to business goals.
Design, deliver and improve leadership and management development programmes.
Coach managers to strengthen leadership and people management capability.
Drive talent and succession planning and build career pathways.
Manage the learning calendar and relationships with external training providers.
Use data and feedback to measure impact and present insights to senior leadership.
Champion a culture of continuous learning across the business.
