Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar Admin role.
  • A good understanding of Learning and Development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to develop further.

Responsibilities

  • Organise all training and maintain records.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Assist with the review and development of L&D procedures.
  • Manage ECITB levy claims.
  • Ensure timely payment of invoices.
  • Promote great L&D communication.
  • Provide updates and reports when needed.
  • Work on special projects defined by L&D Manager.
