Job summary

Find, a Nottingham based training organisation, is hiring a Learner and Stakeholder Engagement Advisor to join their growing team. The role focuses on identifying potential learners, screening for suitability, engaging with employers, and delivering excellent customer service.

You will support equality and diversity in daily activities, work in a hybrid model with a 35-hour week, and benefit from a generous annual leave and pension scheme.

Qualifications

• Experience in learner and employer engagement.
• Knowledge of the training sector, especially ASF/employability.
• Minimum of an IAG level 2 qualification.
• Good IT skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Grade 4 English or Level 2 Functional Skills.
• Driving licence and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential learners via job centres, referrals and direct applicants.
• Screen and advise learners to ensure suitability before enrolment.
• Engage with employers to identify recruitment needs and SWAP service.
• Provide effective customer service to learners and external partners.
• Ensure Equality & Diversity in day-to-day activities.
