Responsibilities

• Provide network support across the group.
• Support PC, laptop, and mobile connectivity.
• Assist with Microsoft Office & O365 applications.
• Manage IP telephony systems.
• Implement company hardware and software.
• Handle technical support queries (local and remote).
• Perform network installations.
• Demonstrate flexibility and initiative in all tasks.

Skills

General networking skills (DHCP, DNS, etc.)

Familiarity with firewalls and subnets

MS Windows 10 & 11

MS Office 2016 & O365

Microsoft Server (2012–2022)

General hardware diagnostics

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and use initiative
