Qualifications

• Experience delivering 1st/2nd line IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to users/clients.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
• Manage users via Active Directory and Azure/Entra ID.
• Assist with laptop/desktop builds and deployments.
• Escalate complex issues while maintaining ownership.
