MYO Talent is recruiting for a Desktop Support Engineer on a hybrid basis in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in 1st/2nd line desktop support, and will involve supporting Microsoft 365, AD, Exchange and Windows environments.

The position offers a salary of £32,000–£38,000 with a bonus and benefits, and requires onsite presence two days per week with two days remote in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• IT related degree ideally Computer Science
• Approx. 3-5 years' experience combining 1st line and 2nd line desktop support
• Installation, operation and configuration, maintenance of hardware and software
• Environment - Microsoft, Exchange, Active Directory, M365, Windows
