Job summary

Profiles Personnel in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Support Technician (first and second line) to join a friendly service desk. This office-based, hands-on role focuses on customer-facing support, problem solving, and helping users get the most from Microsoft 365, cloud services and cybersecurity tools.

You will manage 1st/2nd line tickets, troubleshoot issues across devices and networks, log and escalate where needed, and contribute to onboarding and site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or service desk environment required.
• MSP/MSSP experience is essential.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support via telephone and ticketing systems
• Troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Windows, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint issues
• Supporting users with accounts, passwords, MFA and general Microsoft 365 administration
• Diagnosing issues across devices, networks and cloud services
• Logging, documenting and escalating tickets where required
• Keeping customers updated and delivering a friendly, professional service
• Supporting customer onboarding and occasional visits to customer sites
• Liaising with third-party suppliers when needed
