Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in Service Desk support preferably in a busy environment.
  • Strong experience of Microsoft Windows 11 support and installation.
  • Experience working to Service Level Agreement targets.

  • Deliver first-class customer service and resolve issues effectively.
  • Create and maintain all documentation to a professional quality.
