Qualifications

• 5 years' experience designing and building IP Voice solutions.
• Experience with Cisco Collaboration Flex Plan framework.
• Familiarity with rail telecoms assurance and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Design IP networks and modifications to existing networks.
• Produce high‑level and detailed designs for voice systems.
• Act as a 3rd line technical lead to resolve issues.
• Create implementation and cutover plans for site works.
