Job summary

Lyreco is seeking an Inside Sales Collaborative Account Manager at its Head Office in Telford. The role focuses on growing a defined customer territory, converting prospects to sales and delivering exceptional service to maximise account value.

The position is office-based with Mon–Fri hours, offering monthly commission and a hybrid work option after probation. A strong track record in sales or account management is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in telephone-based sales or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A target-driven mindset with the ambition to exceed KPIs and maximise commission.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach.

Responsibilities

• Convert prospects into sales, contributing to growth and customer retention.
• Build strong working relationships with our Business Development Managers and Business Development Executives to maximise retention and growth.
• Contact customers through proactive telephone calls, email and Microsoft Teams, to develop and grow customer accounts.
• Deliver excellent customer service while identifying opportunities to increase sales.
• Work towards individual sales targets and key performance indicators while contributing to team success.
• Take ownership of customer queries and work with internal departments to provide timely resolutions.
