Qualifications

• Newly qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).

Responsibilities

• Prepare M&A budgets, completion accounts, and post-acquisition reporting.
• Support month-end reporting and contribute to Board Packs.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and assist with audits.
