Yolk Recruitment is partnering with a not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Client Support Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract across Wales. The role focuses on client engagement, account management and securing opportunities within the public sector procurement landscape.

You will manage relationships with existing and prospective clients, collaborate with suppliers, and drive the delivery of procurement solutions, while travel across Wales is expected and a Ystrad Mynach office day is

Formación

• Experience in client-focused account management or business development.
• Understanding of public sector procurement and related services.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage clients, leads and opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Act as key point of contact for clients across Wales and build lasting relationships.
• Develop and deliver client engagement plans.
• Meet clients regularly to understand needs and upcoming projects.
• Identify new leads and opportunities through to completion.
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurate client activity records.
• Work toward client engagement and commercial targets.
• Introduce additional services to existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support project delivery.
• Build relationships with contractors, suppliers and service providers.
• Develop understanding of procurement solutions, pricing and services.
