Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Client Support Manager for a six-month, field-based role across Wales with hybrid elements. The position manages an established portfolio of public sector clients in the built environment, developing relationships and progressing a pipeline of opportunities.

You will engage local authorities, housing providers, and contractors to understand requirements and support procurement for construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, business development or client relationship management.
• Background in public sector or built environment preferred.
• Commercially-minded with proven ability to manage portfolios.
• Based in Wales with full UK driving licence and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of public sector clients across Wales.
• Take ownership of an existing pipeline of projects and commercial opportunities.
• Engage with local authorities, housing providers, contractors and stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Support clients with construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects through procurement frameworks.
• Identify new business opportunities and progress existing projects.
• Collaborate with a small regional team and wider technical/procurement specialists.
• Support initiatives focused on social value, local businesses and community development.
• Field-based position covering Wales, with weekly attendance at Caerphilly office.
