Rise Technical Recruitment in Wales is seeking a seasoned Client Support Manager (Public Sector / Construction) to manage an established portfolio of public sector clients across Wales. Hybrid field-based role with travel and Caerphilly office visits, six-month fixed-term contract, 36 hours per week.

You will drive opportunities across authorities, housing providers and contractors, supporting construction and maintenance projects, and contributing to social value initiatives.

Formación

• Experience in account management, business development or client relationship management.
• Background in either the public sector or built environment.
• Commercially minded with strong relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across Wales.
• Based in Wales and able to travel to client sites and Caerphilly office.

Responsabilidades

• Managing and developing relationships with an established portfolio of public sector clients across Wales.
• Taking ownership of an existing pipeline of projects and commercial opportunities.
• Engaging with local authorities, housing providers, contractors and other stakeholders to understand their requirements.
• Supporting clients with construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects through procurement frameworks.
• Identifying new business opportunities and helping progress existing projects.
• Working closely with a small regional team and wider technical and procurement specialists.
• Supporting initiatives focused on social value, local businesses and community development.
