Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Client Support Manager (Public Sector / Construction) to manage an established portfolio of public sector clients across Wales. The role is field-based with weekly Caerphilly office visits and a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will own a pipeline of opportunities, engage with local authorities and contractors, and support procurement frameworks for construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management and managing client relationships.
• Background in public sector, built environment or related field is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Based in Wales with full UK driving licence and ability to travel within the region.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop relationships with an established portfolio of public sector clients across Wales.
• Own an existing pipeline of projects and commercial opportunities.
• Engage with local authorities, housing providers and contractors to understand requirements.
• Support clients with construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects through procurement frameworks.
• Identify new business opportunities and progress existing projects.
• Collaborate with a regional team and procurement specialists.
• Support initiatives focused on social value and community development.
• Travel across Wales; attend Caerphilly office weekly; cover field-based responsibilities.
