Yolk Recruitment is partnering with a not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Client Support Manager for a 6-month fixed-term contract across Wales. The role focuses on account management, client engagement and new business opportunities with public sector clients.

You’ll manage relationships, develop engagement plans and handle opportunities from lead to close, while supporting delivery with internal teams and suppliers. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-focused, account/relationship role.
• Understanding of public sector procurement and related services.
• Strong skills in building stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes.
• Experience identifying commercial opportunities and managing leads.

Responsabilités

• Act as key contact for clients across Wales and build lasting relationships.
• Develop and deliver client engagement plans and meet clients regularly.
• Identify opportunities and manage them from initial talk to completion.
• Maintain an active pipeline in the CRM and track client activity.
• Work toward engagement and commercial targets and support delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimise procurement solutions.
