Job summary

Intrum in Glasgow is seeking empathetic Customer Support Representatives to help customers in financial difficulty, offering tailored solutions and compassionate, clear communication. The role is 40 hours per week with shifts during our UK operating hours (Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00, Sat 08:00–14:00).

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to help customers with care.
• Strong empathy and active listening when addressing customer needs.
• Positive attitude, resilience and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work with different systems and reflect conversations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers experiencing financial difficulty and offer tailored solutions such as affordable repayment plans.
• Make and receive calls handling various accounts and investigate details of debt.
• Provide personalised service, delivering tailored solutions to reduce debt while ensuring fair outcomes.
• Ensure delivery and compliance with Consumer Duty regulation and guide customers to the right support.
