The role offers a 40-hour week with shifts Mon-Fri 08:00-19:00 and Sat 08:00-14:00, with an initial office induction before transitioning to hybrid work in Glasgow.

Visa/Skilled Worker sponsorship is available for this role, welcoming foreign applicants. The base salary starts at £28,163.20 with OTE up to £32,387.68, plus holiday allowance and career

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers in financial difficulty.
• Offer tailored solutions such as affordable repayment plans.
• Manage accounts across car finance, bank accounts, credit cards and mortgages.
• Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty regulation in conversations.
• Work with AI-assisted tech to guide customer interactions.
