Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers experiencing financial difficulty and provide tailored solutions.
• Make and receive calls to/from customers across various accounts and investigate debt details.
• Provide personalised service with transparent, tailored solutions to reduce debt.
• Ensure delivery and compliance with all outcomes and activities under the Consumer Duty regulation.
• Work with Modern AI-assisted technology to access information and guidance during conversations.
