Job summary

Intrum in Glasgow is seeking empathetic Customer Support Representatives to assist customers in financial difficulty. You will listen, clarify needs, and provide tailored repayment options, building trust with diverse customers.

Working hours are 40 per week with hybrid arrangements; induction is office-based for several weeks, then hybrid/remote as campaigns allow. A supportive culture and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, including call centre or in-person interactions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
• Empathy and ability to handle sensitive conversations with customers.
• Strong numeracy and basic financial product understanding.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers in financial difficulty and provide tailored solutions.
• Make and receive calls while managing multiple customer accounts and debt details.
• Offer personalised, transparent service and tailored repayment options.
• Ensure delivery and compliance with Consumer Duty regulations.
