Confidential is seeking a Customer Services & Sales Support Representative in the Uxbridge area. The role is permanent, full-time with hybrid work and a salary range of £26,000–£30,000 plus a 10% annual bonus. You will answer calls and emails, process orders, manage returns, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure top‑notch customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional support to customers via telephone and email.

• Manage returns, replacement orders, refunds and exchanges.
• Resolve customer issues quickly, offering practical solutions where required.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments to keep customers updated.
• Escalate recurring issues and help identify improvements to service.
