Confidential in the Uxbridge area is seeking a Customer Services & Sales Support Representative to join a small, friendly team. The role offers hybrid working (office-based 3 days) with a salary of £26,000–£30,000 plus a 10% annual bonus and a supportive, growth-focused environment.

You will handle customer enquiries via phone and email, process orders, manage returns, and liaise with suppliers to keep customers informed. A proactive, customer-first approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience in a commercial environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to write professional emails.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems.
• Sales support or order processing experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of technical products (networking, POS, Auto-ID) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional support to customers via telephone and email.
• Process customer orders, enquiries and sales support requests accurately.
• Manage returns, replacement orders, refunds and exchanges.
• Resolve customer issues quickly, offering practical solutions.
• Investigate and respond to customer complaints, ensuring a positive outcome.
• Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments to keep customers updated.
• Escalate recurring issues and help identify improvements to service.
• Produce clear, professional email correspondence and maintain accurate customer records.
