Confidential, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Sales Coordinator on a permanent full-time basis to support their internal Sales Team. The role involves receiving and processing customer orders, providing excellent customer service, and updating the system with client information.

The position offers a hybrid working pattern when required, with pattern 08:30-17:00 Mon–Fri and a competitive salary from £28,000 depending on experience, plus benefits and career progression.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Pleasant, friendly tone over the phone with clients and customers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the internal sales and office team by receiving and processing customer orders.
• Provide customers with documentation and respond to enquiries.
• Update the system with customer information and raise orders, trials, and samples.
• Attend weekly NCR meetings and coordinate customer service reviews.
• Liaise with Finance to resolve finance queries and attend credit control meetings.
