The Ideal Customer Services & Sales Support Representative Will Have

• Previous customer service experience within a commercial business environment is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose professional emails independently.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Good IT skills and confidence using business systems.
• A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Experience in a sales support or order processing environment would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of technical products such as networking, point-of-sale, Auto-ID or similar equipment would be beneficial but is not essential. This role would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working as part of a close-knit team where everyone contributes to the success of the business.
